Is this fish finder any good? ?
Its the cheapest one i can find on ebay, im only starting out with boating and dont want to spend much (getting used to it) Or should I just get a $200 one?

Might be a good unit for Ice fishing, but on a boat you will be replacing batteries about every trip or every other one(depends on how long you fish)

Fallow the instructions on mounting the transducer to the letter(no matter what unit you get) or the unit will not preform up to its full capability.
