Allentown – Lehigh County Executive Don Cunningham and Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission (PFBC) Executive Director John Arway have announced the completion of the lower spillway of the Leaser Lake dam project, a significant milestone in progress on the repair and replacement of the dam in New Tripoli, Lehigh County.
